Keep Warm Honey Bees!

Our bees are in their hives somewhat protectred from the cold winter winds by a lattice screen.

Burlap has been added to the windbreak.

Cardboard has reduced the size of the entrances. The bees do need to come out to defecate, even in winter. We hope there is enough honey to see them through the winter.
