Something New

Sometimes something small, just catches your eye, and you stop to check it out.
After taking at least a dozen photos I hurried home to see what this tiny gem was.
This is a blue-faced meadowhawk.  The first one I have ever seen.  It can be common south of us, and maybe it is moving northward.  Size 1.4".  Blue and white face separate it from other meadowhawks.  Made my day!
