Small and drab skipper

Mating swarthy skippers. This is a new butterfly for our meadow, or perhaps I have just overlooked it before. It is decribed as a small, drab skipper and few other skippers are so dull. It is an LBJ - little brown job. Cech and Tudor in the book Butterflies of the East Coast say about the ecology, "The Swarthy is proof that a butterfly can be a generalist without being overwhelmingly common."
Little bluestem is the host plant, and we have many plants in our meadow.
